Privacy Policy
Effective: May 26, 2026 · Last updated: June 25, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Greenbuild Homes LLC, doing business as SwingTilt Windows & Doors (“SwingTilt,” “we,” “us,” “our”), collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website, swingtilt.com, our customer portal, or otherwise interact with us. By using our services or providing your information, you agree to this Policy.
1. Information We Collect
Information you give us when you request a quote, submit a lead form in one of our Facebook or Instagram ads, place an order, create a customer-portal account, or contact us:
- Name, email address, phone number, and project/property address;
- Project details (window and door designs, opening sizes, preferences, photos);
- Account credentials (for the customer portal);
- Messages, change requests, or feedback you send us.
Lead forms from our ads. Most of our inquiries come from lead forms in our Facebook and Instagram ads. When you submit one, Meta provides the contact information and responses you entered to us so we can follow up about your project. We reach out only to people who have submitted their contact information to us this way (or through a quote request on our site) — submitting your information is your request for us to follow up, including by phone or text, about your project.
Information collected automatically when you visit the site, such as IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, referring URL, approximate location, and online identifiers (including cookie and advertising IDs), via cookies, local storage, and similar technologies. With your consent, these are collected by Google/Firebase Analytics and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel. We do not load these advertising and analytics tools until you accept non-essential cookies (see Section 5).
2. How We Use Your Information
- Respond to quote requests, prepare design proposals, and process orders;
- Communicate with you about your project, including order-status updates;
- Operate and secure the website and customer portal;
- Improve our products, services, and customer experience;
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
3. SMS / Text Messaging
By providing your mobile phone number to SwingTilt (for example, through a lead form in our Facebook or Instagram ads, our website forms, our customer portal, or in person), you consent to receive transactional and account-related text messages from SwingTilt — such as quote follow-ups, appointment reminders, and order-status updates. We currently send these messages manually, in response to your inquiry; we do not send automated, recurring, or mass-marketing text messages.
- Message frequency varies based on your project activity.
- Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier.
- To opt out at any time, reply STOP to any text from us. After replying STOP, you will receive one confirmation message and will not receive further texts. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at hello@swingtilt.com.
- SwingTilt does not share mobile information or phone numbers with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. If we later use an SMS provider to help deliver these messages, that provider may process your number solely to deliver the message on our behalf, never for its own marketing.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
4. How We Share Information
We share personal information only as described below:
- Service providers (subprocessors) that help us operate our business, under written agreements limiting use to providing services to us — including, for example: Google/Firebase (hosting, database, authentication, analytics), Zoho (email hosting), and — if and when we enable them — an SMS provider (such as Twilio) and a managed AI receptionist provider. These providers process information on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
- Independent installers: with your request or consent, we may share your contact information and project details with a licensed local installer so they can quote and perform installation. Installers are independent third parties who bill you directly and are not SwingTilt employees or agents.
- Advertising & analytics partners: if you accept non-essential cookies, our website tools share online identifiers and information about your activity on our site with Meta (via the Meta Pixel) and Google(via Google/Firebase Analytics) to measure traffic and to deliver and measure our advertising, including retargeting. Under California law this disclosure may be considered “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not share this information for advertising before you consent, and you can opt out at any time (see Sections 5 and 7). We do not share your name, email, phone number, or order details with these partners for their own marketing.
- Legal requirements: to comply with applicable law, lawful requests by public authorities, or to protect our rights and the safety of others.
- Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case we will use reasonable efforts to provide notice.
We do not sell your personal information for money.We do not share your mobile phone number or text-message consent with any third party for their own marketing. Our only “sharing” for advertising is the consent-based use of the Meta Pixel and Google/Firebase Analytics described above, which you control through the cookie banner, the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link in our footer, or a Global Privacy Control signal.
5. Cookies, Analytics & Your Choices
Essential cookies and local storage are always on and are used only for core functionality (for example, keeping you signed in to the customer portal and remembering your cookie choice). These do not require consent.
Non-essential (analytics & advertising) cookies — the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and Google/Firebase Analytics — are not loaded until you accept them on the cookie banner shown on your first visit. These tools share online identifiers and your site activity with Meta and Google to measure our traffic and advertising.
You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link in our website footer, which reopens the cookie banner. We also honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal: if your browser or extension sends a GPC signal, we automatically treat it as an opt-out and do not load these advertising and analytics tools. You can additionally control cookies through your browser settings.
6. Data Retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide our services, fulfill orders and warranty obligations, comply with our legal and tax obligations, and resolve disputes. When information is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize it.
7. Your Rights & Choices
We strive to honor the same core privacy rights for everyone, regardless of where you live. Depending on your state of residence, these include:
- Right to know the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the sources, the purposes for using it, and the categories of third parties to whom we disclose it.
- Right to access a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Right to correction of inaccurate personal information.
- Right to deletion of the personal information we hold about you, subject to limited exceptions (for example, information we must keep to complete your order, honor a warranty, or meet a legal or tax obligation).
- Right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing”of personal information. We do not sell your information for money; our only “sharing” is the consent-based advertising described in Sections 4 and 5. To opt out, use the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link in our footer, decline non-essential cookies, or send a Global Privacy Control signal — all of which we honor.
- Right to data portability — to receive the information you provided in a usable format.
- Right to non-discrimination — we will not deny service, charge a different price, or provide a different quality of service because you exercised these rights.
- No solely-automated decisions — we do not make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you based solely on automated processing.
How to exercise these rights: email hello@swingtilt.com. To protect your information, we may need to verify your identity (typically by confirming your name and the email or phone number associated with your request) before we respond. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf with your written authorization. We will respond within the timeframe required by law (generally 45 days). If we deny your request, you may have the right to appeal; we will explain how in our response.
You also have these channel-specific choices at any time:
- SMS opt-out: reply STOP to any text from us.
- Email opt-out: use the unsubscribe link in our marketing emails, or email us. We may still send transactional messages related to your order or account.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information consistent with industry practice (including encryption in transit via HTTPS and authenticated access to our customer portal). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children
Our services are intended for adults purchasing windows and doors for residential or commercial property. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us so we can delete it.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above and, if changes are material, provide additional notice (such as a notice on the site or by email).
